Part two of Buddhist Non-Virtues with a talk about speech. At work, it can be so easy to join in on the complaining and the talking badly, especially toward others. On this podcast, we try to watch our mouth.

There are four non-virtues of speech:  Lying, Harsh Words, Idle, and Divisive.

With me, it’s really just a matter of following some rules in life and having some guidelines to follow.  It’s a pretty huge task, but its hard to argue against how virtuous actions help one achieve happiness.
