I made my podcast, with always that in mind, that  some people might actually have these weird thoughts – and that doesn’t mean the weird thoughts are actually them. It’s really the actions that we take in life that make us who we are as human beings and how we operate in the world. But thoughts are certainly very very important.  I had to scratch my own itch by really wondering if I was the only one who was having this. And so the people that I was interested in talking to about this to were have been on ‘Scratch Your Own Ich’ and now it’s actually opened up to even a wider group of people.  Just about everybody that I think I meet has a few bad thoughts. And the key is to just slow down and accept it.
